About the DCP

The Disney College Program is an internship located at either Disneyland Resort in California, or Walt Disney World in Florida and is open to anyone currently enrolled in college and at least 18 years old. As a cast member in the DCP, you have the opportunity to work in one of various roles in the Disney park, in addition to taking classes offered through the program. Working for Disney and earning college credit at the same time - what could be better!

You will have the opportunity to live in DCP housing, work full-time, and have completely unlimited access to the parks while employed! There are four main DCP seasons during the calendar year:

Spring: January - May
Spring Advantage: January - August
Fall Advantage: May - December
Fall: August - December

Application and interview dates are (generally) February through March for the Fall programs, and September through October for the Spring programs.

After completing the DCP, you qualify to apply for a Professional Internship through Disney.
